Spring in the greenhouse … Malling Centenary in bloom!

Spring has started in our new greenhouse. Under the influence of the mild winter weather, the cuttings of our new Malling Centenary plant, which were planted in December 2019, are starting to bloom, as can be seen in the accompanying photos. The flowering phase will continue to develop in the coming weeks until the fruit is finally ripe for the harvest.
We expect to be able to pick the first strawberries around 10 March a.s. an early spring crop of a total of 6 hectares.
